5.20 is always a special date in one year. In this year’s 5.20, all staffs in THE ONE STUDIO had a nice and wonderful day because we had our first group and entertainment activity in our new Zhaoqing factory. Here I would like to share the details to everyone:
After a hard working day, at 6pm, the activity get started. We grouped together at first floor and the first item was tug-of-war competition. There were total six teams: sales department vs production team A; R&D vs production team B; financial & administration vs production team C. In the first round, under the lead by our chairman Mr. Power, sales department won production team A even A team seems strong. While for R&D vs team B, this was a hard round because they were well-matched in strength. Finally R&D won this round by little advantage. In the third round, production team C beaten their opponent with no doubts. According to drew lots, the fourth round was R&D vs team C, R&D keep their advantage until the final and won team C. In the last round was sales department vs R&D, everyone was nervous for this moment, but not for R&D, they showed their power soon and within about 10 second, the outcome was clear, they won! In the tug-of-war competition, very team learned team work and get closer.
Then we turn the location to our show room for the second item- Commendation Conference. Before the award, chairman Mr. Power summarized the development of the company and looked forward to the future: As a high-tech enterprise engaged in research manufacturing and marking of professional led studio lighting, The One Studio will keep focusing on led profile spotlight, led fresnel light, and led soft panel light. The next was our general manager Li Lingyun, he also shared his thoughts on the future development of company. And our factory director Wei Fusheng expressed his thoughts on the future operation of the factory too. Then the exciting award ceremony officially began.Each staff who get award-winning had exquisite gifts prepared by the company, with the chairman's personal comments on it. It is of great significance. Finally, under the lead of three leaders, we read company slogan together. Corporate culture is like a green leaf in a dry desert. As long as it is watered, we will be full of spirit. It is the responsibility of every one in The One Studio to spread our spirit.
When the dark light come, we started our final activity-barbecue and birthday party. As the barbecue was at outside, we used our 300W bi-color led soft panel light and 600w bi-color led fresnel spotlight around the site to fill light and highlight the staff. All staff prepared the food together, you washed the food for me, I cooked the food for you. Thanks to the good cooks, we enjoyed the food and eaten well. The most exciting moment was birthday party. There were three staffs were on birthday in May, thanks their construction to the company, we bought a big cake and song birthday bless for them together. The One Studio is always a big and warm family for every staff. Finally we come back to the show room for song, enjoy the wonderful moments together!
