How to Make a Small but Professional Video & Studio Room

The One Studio has been known for many years as a professional LED studio & stage lighting manufacturer. All of our lighting products are widely used for the market of TV broadcast room, video room, photography room, theater, catwalk show and so on.

Today, I'd like to share some studio light products and knowledge about the TV broadcast room equipment.

With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more companies are now focusing on the promotion of video on the Internet. So now many video production companies setup many studio and web studio to produce various content for the purpose of TV production or internet TV. All that we need to thank to the green screen technology. With the green screen technology that we see many from the blockbuster movie, news and daily weather predictions over the TVs.

Basically the video shooting is done with a large green screen background. A second image which usually a surrounding scene is then takes over the green environment during the editing process. The green background is changed to the images so that the readers will see another setting.

What’s more, studio lighting is important here to get rid of the shadows.

Compact Fluorescent lighting and tungsten Fresnel spotlight is usually implement in the studio for key light and back light effectively. But now as the LED light become mature, most of clients will use the LED studio lighting equipment to replace it. As led lamp is more environmental, with long life time, not easy to broken. Choosing a good led studio lighting equipment is a very important part also. We need to know how to make the subject looks nature and with the best effect. Also sometimes the shooter need to use the high-speed camera, the picture should be flick free. It’s not easy, we should choose the Led studio lights carefully. 

For the broadcast room used, we have theLed Profile Spotlight, Led Fresnel Spotlight, Led Video Panel Light. Here we do have the lights as TH-326 220W Led Video Panel Light, we make it with 4 kinds of dimmer curve (Standard mode, Incandescent mode, Quick mode, Linear mode). Also with the adjustable dimmer frequency of 500~25000 HZ. So with there will be nothing effect with the high speed camera. And we use the imported Samsung Led chip, make the perfect CRI over 95. 

The key is to light the background evenly so selection is easier. Use multiple umbrellas and meter the backdrop at several place to ensure even illumination:

1)If you are shooting your own background, both background and foreground should have same light. Don’t place the light on one side of your client’s face and have the background light coming from the other direction.

2) Applies to color temperature, to contrast and to depth-of-field: if your subject is on focus, the background should be slightly out of focus.

3)Both background and foreground should be shot with same focal length. The human eye perceives this difference very quickly. You can not have a background with 35mm and subject with 105 mm.
