What is the material of the LED Profile Spotlight

1. Housing

Housing of led profile light we use PVC and die-casting aluminum.

PVC housing have many advantages : Strong and lightweight, PVC's abrasion resistance, light weight, good mechanical strength and toughness; Easy to install,Its light weight reduces manual handling difficulties;Durable,PVC is resistant to weathering, chemical rotting, corrosion, shock and abrasion;Cost-effective,as a material it is very competitive in terms of price, this value is also enhanced by the properties such as its durability, lifespan and low maintenance;Safe material,PVC is non-toxic. It is a safe material and a socially valuable resource that has been used for more than half a century;Fire resistant,PVC products will burn when exposed to a fire. PVC products however are self-extinguishing, i.e. if the ignition source is withdrawn they will stop burning. Because of its high chlorine content PVC products have fire safety characteristics, which are quite favourable as.

Die-casting aluminum, our led proifle light using high quality fireproof aluminium die casting housing, with high grade appearance, sturdy and durable, corrosion-resistance and Oxidation resistance. Aluminum castings are lightweight and able to withstand the highest operating temperatures of all die cast alloys.Also with advantages including outstanding corrosion resistance, very good strength and hardness,good stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio,good finishing characteristics,full recyclability.

2.  Light source

All of our product are using LED light source, we have 20w, 60w, 100w, 150w, 200w,300w single color , and also full color with 350w RGBW, 300w RGBAL. Our main supplier of LED lamps is Citizen from Japan, Our lamps are delivered by express from the original Citizen factory in Japan. The order leadtime takes two months. The color temperature of each batch of Citizen's single color lamps will have some color difference , divided into three color temperature sections A, B, and C. (A section is higher and C section is lower) The data is the same, but they looks are different. One of our customers in Shanghai bought 80 pcs our led ellipsoidal lights to use in the school auditorium before, and added 30 later. When the two batches of lights were turned on together, we found that the color temperature was a bit different. Then we will reflected this situation to Citizen and request them to supply it the most stable color temperature of the B-segment lamp to our THE ONE STUDIO. Because we have  large order quantity, we order few thousands lamps from Citizen every month, so Citizen is also very supportive of us. After that, we have been using the B section lamps. So we can guarantee that the color temperature are always keep the same whenever you ordered from THE ONE STUDIO.

3. Power supply

All of our power supply is from 90~260V with PFC protect, can protect the power well

4. Mainboard and driver board

Mainboard and driver board are made by ourselves with strict quality control, we use high intelligence control board lead it flick free for video. Also can use the touch screen to control the light. There are stanard chanel model and basic channel model,client can choose the suitable one according to the demand.
